Thankfully, i did not have that same issue with ATS. It doesnt help that the ingame graphics settings crash the game, which is why i had to use open gl.īut it kept doing the same thing over til it eventually just loaded up fine. I eventually had to disable nvidia surround, load game in open gl to change settings, exit game, enable nvidia surround, load game in DX, and kept doing that til it finally worked for me. When i loaded the game, the game,(ETS2), wasnt loading correctly, it would only load half a screen and i couldnt move the mouse or anything. The config file is the biggest key to it working right.īut, i had other issues as well. This took me a few hours as i had to read about everything first, which i suggest you do the same thing because for me, it wasnt just plug in monitors, and game loads in 3 monitors. You only need about 1 minute to change the config file once. If i have gained your interest and you want to know more, read the rest of this guide and try it out for yourself.
But, again, i found that having no bezel correction wasnt that bad and barely noticeable anyway. So i done away with the ingame bezel correction in favour of screenshots. BUT, it may still help you.įor me, i found the ingame bezel correction actually ruined screenshots. If you prefer perfect looking ingame graphics while playing, then this may not be the guide for you. If you want near perfect screenshots, then keep reading. I have also uploaded a similar guide like this for ATS. This config can also be done for ATS in exactly the same way. Each time you want to make a change, you have to exit the game, then make the change, save it, then reload the game and try it. The only annoying part of trying different settings, is, the loading. MOST IMPORTANT PART, COPY THE CONFIG FILE TO YOUR DESKTOP!!! That way, if game breaks on you after you alter something, you have the original config.
